Spacious, comfortable: Sage Creek
This ground floor end unit townhome is completely furnished, ready to move in! All utilities are included, as are cable television and internet/wifi.
This townhome is approximately 1,100 sq feet and has a 600 sq feet unfinished basement, for plenty of storage. It is located in south-east Fort Collins, close to I-25 and shopping. Also included is a one car garage.
The townhome has vaulted ceilings while still maintaining a cozy feel. The living room has a gas fireplace and a big screen tv setup. The townhome has a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker and much more) and linens, towels & sheets are also included. The 2nd bedroom can also be used as an office. It includes a day bed, to easily accommodate a guest.
There is a porch off the back with a barbeque to enjoy. The outside area is fenced off and can be used as a dog run.
Weekly cleaning is available and both short and long-term leases will be considered. Please, no smoking.
The townhome is close to several trails and city maintained recreational park for hiking or biking.
