This single story, ground floor, end unit townhome is completely furnished, ready to move in! All utilities are included, as are cable television and internet/wifi.
This townhome is approximately 1,000 sq feet and is situated on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, mature and private neighborhood. It has an attached one car garage, which separates it from the neighbors, and there is no unit above this one.
The townhome has vaulted ceilings while still maintaining a cozy feel. The living room has a wood fireplace and a big screen tv setup. The townhome has a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker and much more) and linens, towels & sheets are also included. The 2nd bedroom can also be used as an office. It includes a day bed, to easily accommodate a guest.
There is a porch off the back with a barbeque to enjoy which looks out on a large green area. The outside area is fenced off and can be used as a dog run.
Weekly cleaning is available and both short and long-term leases will be considered. And please, no smoking.
The townhome is close to CSU and the city maintained recreational Spring Creek Trail for excellent hiking or biking. Rolland Moore park is a quarter mile away. Various shopping is less than a mile away.

The unit is has a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker and much more) and linens, towels & sheets are also included. The 2nd bedroom is currently setup as an office. It also includes a comfortable hide-a-bed, to easily
accommodate a guest. The cozy living room has a fireplace and there is even a great little tv room right off of the kitchen.
You also have a 1 car private garage, with garage door opener.

The condo is close to the city maintained recreational Power Trail for excellent hiking or biking. Warren Park and the golf course are a quarter mile away across from Horsetooth, and a shopping center less than a mile at the intersection of Drake and Lemay.
